FHCA AG is led by Shirley Scheurer, who is based in Lucerne. Born in the Philippines, she has lived in Switzerland for many years and has extensive experience in the healthcare sector. She is fluent in German and Filipino and has an extensive network in the healthcare sector.

Management

I was born in the Philippines and grew up in Austria. I completed my training as a qualified nurse in Salzburg. After my training, I spent my first professional years in the acute neurology department at Salzburg University Hospital, where I worked for 5 years. In 2017, I moved to Switzerland and was able to gain further professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system. I worked in rehabilitation and as a manager in long-term care.
